Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Large Russet Potatoes, Sliced into Wedges
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt, to Taste
  • Moore’s Marinades Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • Fresh Parsley

Sauce:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. In a small bowl mix salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle seasoning mixture onto potato wedges. Toss to coat.
  4. Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer with skin-sides-down.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve with Moore’s Marinades Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce for dipping.
