Ingredients:
- 8 Oz Pasta
- 1 lb Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Cup Pasta Water
- Salt & Pepper, to Taste
- Fresh Parsley
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Moore’s Marinades Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
Sauce:
Preparation:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta to al dente according to the directions on the package. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain and set aside.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove cooked shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add Moore’s Marinades Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to skillet and coat evenly in the heated sauce. Add pasta water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. (Thinner Sauce: Add more pasta water. Thicker Sauce: Use less pasta water.)
- Garnish pasta with parsley, red pepper flakes, and fresh wedge of lemon.
