By accessing the Website you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time by posting the amended terms to the Website, and the amended Terms will be effective when posted.

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content, code, data and materials on the Website is the exclusive property of Moore’s Marinade, and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You agree that all of Moore’s Marinade’s trademarks, trade names, service marks and other logos and brand features, and product and service names are trademarks and the property of Moore’s Marinade (the “Moore’s Marinade Marks”).
