  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin or Pork Shoulder, Thinly Sliced or Cubed
  • ½ Cup Moore’s Original Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 8 Small Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • Your favorite taco toppings (e.g., shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, diced onions, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, etc.)

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the Pork: In a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, combine the pork slices or cubes with Moore’s Original Marinade. Make sure the pork is evenly coated. Cover or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for best flavor.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the Pork: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Remove the marinated pork from the refrigerator and drain off any excess marinade. Season the pork with ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm the Tortillas: While the pork is cooking, wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and place them in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes to warm them.
  5. Assemble the Tacos: Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the heat. Fill each warm tortilla with a portion of the cooked pork.
