Ingredients:
- 3 lb chicken wings, split with tips removed
- 1 cup moore’s buffalo garlic wing sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- salt
- pepper
Sauce:
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and fit the baking sheets with wire racks
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with melted butter
- Place the coated wings on the wire rack, not touching each other
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Bake the wings until skin is brown and crispy, about 40 minutes
- For EXTRA CRISPY wings, bake for 30 minutes, lower the temperature to 170 degrees F and keep in the oven for 30-60 minutes
- In a large bowl, toss wings in Moore’s Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce
