Crispy Garlic Buffalo Wings

Wing Sauces



  • 3 lb chicken wings, split with tips removed
  • 1 cup moore’s buffalo garlic wing sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • salt
  • pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and fit the baking sheets with wire racks
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with melted butter 
  3. Place the coated wings on the wire rack, not touching each other
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Bake the wings until skin is brown and crispy, about 40 minutes
  6. For EXTRA CRISPY wings, bake for 30 minutes, lower the temperature to 170 degrees F and keep in the oven for 30-60 minutes
  7. In a large bowl, toss wings in Moore’s Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce
