Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Wing Sauces



  • 1 Flatbread
  • 1 Cup Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
  • 1⁄2 Cup Moore’s Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce
  • 1⁄2 Red Onion, Diced
  • 1⁄2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • Bleu Cheese, Crumbled
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Green Onion, Sliced



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahreinheit. Line
    baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dice red onion. Chop green onion.
  3. Mix chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay flatbread on baking sheet. Spread 1⁄4 of
    Moore’s Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce . Add shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded chicken to flatbread. Top with red onion and green onion.
  5. Bake until pizzas are lightly browned and the
    cheese is melted. About 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool and garnish with bleu cheese crumbles.
