Preparation:
- Marinate the Steak: In a shallow dish, pour Moore’s Original Marinade over the thinly sliced steak. Make sure the steak is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Cook the Steak: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the marinated steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until they are softened and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
