How to Marinate:
When using Moore’s Marinade, you can choose to place your meat or vegetables in a re-sealable plastic bag, a dish, or a bowl.
Make sure that the food is completely covered with Moore’s Marinade. This allows Moore’s Marinade to do its job. Then, simply place the container in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Experiment with different containers to see which you prefer, just remember not to use aluminum or copper pans. The marinade will react with the copper or aluminum and discolor both your food and the pans.
Once you have marinated with Moore’s, we recommend that you discard the remnants of the used marinade. Bacteria can form and cause health problems if the marinade is reused. If you want to baste the food that you are cooking we recommend using fresh Moore’s Marinade. Also keep in mind that fresh, unused Moore’s Marinades make a great dipping sauce.
