Moore's Crispy Baked Wings

Crispy baked wings in less than an hour.


  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • your favorite Moore's wing sauce


  1. Pat the wings dry.
  2. Toss in baking powder and salt, coating evenly.
  3. Bake at 425 for 55 mintues on a wire rack.
  4. Turn periodically for even browning and crispiness.
  5. Sauce in your favorite Moore's wing sauce.
