Red Snapper with Almonds & Potatoes

Moore's Original Marinade

almonds
-
potatoes

broccoli

8 oz fresh Snapper

carrots
-
olive oil
-
vegetable cooking spray

cauliflower
-
2 tbsp chili powder South West Seasoning
-
2 tsp ground cumin South West Seasoning
-
1 tbsp paprika South West Seasoning

1 tbsp garlic powder South West Seasoning

1 tsp dried leaf organo South West Seasoning

1 tsp cayenne pepper South West Seasoning

½ tsp crushed red pepper South West Seasoning

1 tbsp ground coriander South West Seasoning
Instructions

Spray fish with a vegetable cooking spray. Coat fish with South West Seasoning on both sides and let sit.

Combine cut broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Marinade with 1 tbsp Moore's and olive oil.

Sauté in a skillet.

Add 1 tbsp of oil and South West Seasoning to taste.

Cook until done.

Cook fish approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until solid white and flaky inside.

Put Moore's in a spray bottle and spray on fish as you cook. Garnish with almonds.
