Fire Cracker Shrimp

This delicious dish comes to us from Blue Travelz.


1 lb. shrimp thawed (not frozen), deveined and clean
1/2 cup Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Dry Rub:
1 tablspoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tesapoon dried cilantro
Salt and pepper, to taste
*optional* dash of cayenne powder for extra heat


1. Place shrimp in container and marinade with Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce for at least two hours in refirigerator
2. Mix dry rub ingredients
3. Take shrimp out of container and cover each side with dry rub
4. Preheat skillet to medium heat and pour in extra virgin olive oil to cover. Add butter.
5. Once skillet is heated and butter is melted, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2 minutes on each side. The tails should be bright red.
6. Remove from skillet and serve!
