Smith's Stir Fry

This delicous dish comes to us from Culinary Council member Brian Smith.


2 lbs. flank steak
2 lbs. oriental vegetables
8 oz. baby corn
2 pinches black pepper
1 pinch course salt
2 pinches granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Moore's Teriyaki Marinade
2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons Moore's Habanero Hot Sauce
2 cups of rice, cooked


1. Rinse and cut flank steak into 1" strips
2. Put strips into large skillet with sesame seed oil. Brown steak and add salt, pepper, garlic and remaining ingredients.
3. Serve steak and vegetable mixture over rice. Add a dash of Moore's Habanero Hot Sauce for extra heat!
