Moore’s Marinade Microwave Meatloaf


  • 2/3 cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 slices bread cubed
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder


  1. Combine Moore's Original Marinade with eggs and bread cubes in a large bowl, let it stand for ten minutes, stirring occasionally to break up the large pieces.
  2. Mix in the beef, onion and chili powder until well blended.
  3. Press into 10-inch glass or ceramic pie pan.
  4. Microwave on high for 25 min., rotating the pan once during cooking.
  5. Brush extra Moore's Original Marinade on top before serving for a more intense flavor.
