Cool Buffalo Burgers



  1. Mix ground meat with Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Separate into 4  ¼ lb patties.
  2. Salt and pepper each side.
  3. Cook or grill over medium high heat, 3-5 minutes per side until desired level of doneness is achieved.
  4. While burgers are cooking, spread Moore's Blue Cheese Buffalo Wing Sauce on hamburger buns.
  5. Place burgers on buns and top with avocado slices
  6. Serve burgers hot with celery slices on the side.
