Ancho Chile Rubbed Marinated Strip Steak



  1. Apply rub to steaks.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Then take out and coat with Moore's Marinade, be sure to reserve about ¼ cup for later
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle steaks with olive oil and grill four minutes on each side or until you reach preferred doneness.
  6. Heat reserved marinade and chile mixture and pour over steaks when done.
